   <description><![CDATA[ Brush both sides of the pork chops with Kitchen Bouquet. Arrange in a single layer in a microwave safe (8" square) baking dish. Top each chop with a slice of onion. Cover with well vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Turn the chops. Add the rice. Combine the pasta sauce and the water. Spoon over the chops. Recover with well vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Microwave on medium (50%) until chops are tender (about 7 minutes). Sprinkle with the mozzarella. Let stand, uncovered, until the cheese melts (about 5 minutes).

Serve. 

(Cooking times are based on using a 625-750 watt microwave oven and food quantities for 4 servings. Adjust cooking times as required. )]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[ Beat together the egg, flour, salt &amp; pepper.  Thoroughly coat cubes of
pork in egg flour batter.  Brown all sides in hot oil in frying pan.

Cover &amp; cook slowly for about 30 minutes.  Remove stems &amp; seeds from
green.  Cut into 1" squares.  Boil 10 minutes.  Drain.  Add green
peppers &amp; pineapple to meat.  Cover &amp; simmer 10 minutes.  

Stir &amp; cook together cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar &amp; pineapple juice until
clear, about 2 minutes.  pour over meat mixture &amp; simmer 5 minutes.

Serve with Chinese noodles or cooked rice.

   <description><![CDATA[ In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, onion, tomato, lime juice,
cilantro, and honey. Set aside.

Place the pork between 2 sheets of waxed paper and, with the flat
side of a small skillet or meat pounder, pound the pork to a 1/8-inch
thickness. In a sturdy plastic bag, combine the paprika, ginger,
allspice, cinnamon, and salt. Add the pork to the bag, tossing to
coat.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil until hot but not smoking
over medium heat. Add the pork cutlets and cook until browned and
cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Divide the pork cutlets
among 4 plates and serve with the pineapple salsa.

   <description><![CDATA[ Put pork, onion, carrots and garlic into a skillet and cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Break noodles into the skillet. Stir in seasoning packets, water and pea. Bring to a boil and cook 3 to 5 minutes. 

Stir in lettuce and cook uncovered, stirring almost constantly, until lettuce is wilted. 

Serve immediately. Serves 4
