Barbecue Sauce Ingredients

1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
Saute until golden brown.
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. mustard
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 lbs. ground beef

Barbecue Sauce Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook slowly for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. (Is better reheated)
