Spicy Chicken Appetizers:

Ingredients
1 pound Chicken breast -- bonelessCubed
3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon Chives -- snipped
1 1/2 teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Nonfat Yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
Cooking Instructions
Trim fat from chicken, put in a food processor. Add the chili powder, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chives and vinegar. Process until finely chopped. Form the mixture into little balls. Coat a non-stick frying pan with no-stick spray. Heat on Medium high. Add the meat and cook throughly, about 4 minutes on each side. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and mustard. Use for dipping.
